Do you provide the wall mount bracket?
We can provide fixed, tilt, or full-motion brackets if requested in advance. Or we can install your own bracket, if already purchased.
Will the cables be visible after installation?
Not if you choose our cable concealment service. We offer trunking and hidden wiring solutions for a neat, clean finish.
How long does the installation take?
Most installations take between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the wall type, mount complexity, and any additional services like concealment.
How do I pay for the service?
We accept multiple payment options including cash, card, and online transfers — payable after the installation is complete.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes, just contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment without any charges.
What if I need extra services like soundbar or shelf mounting?
We can handle that too! Just let us know while booking and we’ll come prepared for full setup support.
Are your technicians trained and background-verified?
Absolutely. All technicians are fully trained, experienced, and background-checked for your peace of mind.
Is there any warranty on your service?
Yes, we offer a workmanship guarantee. If you face any issue with the installation, we’ll come back and fix it.
